Step 1 - Initial Chat

Step 2 - Land Appraisal
A site visit to your plot to appraise the land and discuss your objectives in more detail.

Step 3 - Due Diligence
We carry out further due diligence and engage our planning consultants and architects to determine the maximum potential your site offers.

Step 4 - Offer & Option Agreement
We present our offer and if accepted, sign into an option agreement .

Step 5 - Planning Application
Full planning application is submitted within 4 months of signing the option agreement.

Step 6 - Successful Planning Gained
We always aim to have a buyer in place by the time planning is approved creating a seamless transaction where possible!

Stage 7 - Completion of Sale to Developer
Purchase of the land with planning completes, with monies transfered to the vendor as per the option agreement.
